Sublimation is a more in depth method that Breakmark offers to customize your team's apparel and apply your team's designs. Your designs are dyed directly into a fabric and can be as colorful and detailed as you like.

What is Cut & Sew Sublimation

Expanding upon the description of what sublimation is, Cut & Sew Sublimation is a process that will allow you to completely design the way your gear looks. The pieces of your gear are printed out separately and then cut and sewn together.

Designing for Cut & Sew Sublimation

Our templates for men's and women's jerseys and shorts are available here for download.  If you prefer to fully design your own art, pease read the templates carefully and let us know if you have any questions regarding designs.  It is prefered to have your design done via a Live Design Session, where you have the abiliy to work 1 on 1 with a with a professional graphic designer to format your designs to our specifications.  It cuts down on everyone's art time and makes sure that your team ends up with the best possible jersey.  Its even included in your pricing!  Please contact Breakmark to schedule a session.  In order to avoid design fees, please use our templates and make sure to submit artwork to the specs that are outlined in the templates.  If you have the font files to provide us, that will be very helpful as well.

Live design sessions are included as part of your order. If you go through a session and decide not to order, you will incur a $100 charge.

Timelines for Cut & Sew Sublimation

Cut & Sew Sublimation is a more in depth process, and production is done in the Czech Republic. Orders usually arrive in the States on Thursdays or Fridays; please plan accordingly when it comes time to getting your jerseys in time for tournaments.  Orders generally take 4-5 weeks from the time you have all of your art and order information entered into our online system until the orders are ready to ship to you.  You will be notified via the online order system when your art proof is ready for approval.  We ask you to do the live design sessions so that your art is the way you want it and colors are correct up front so that there are no delays in production.  If you do not approve your art right away, it can lead to delays in production.
